Membership is open to all persons eighteen years of age or older who have not been convicted of any animal abuse charges and who subscribe to the policies of the club. While membership is unrestricted as to place of residence, the Club's primary purpose is to be representative of dog owners in the Utica area.
The application form asks for the name and address of the applicant and pertinent information about dog related interests and is to be returned to the Membership Chairperson along with $10 to cover dues for the current year. Each applicant must be endorsed by two members in good standing of MVDTC, Inc.
The application will be read at two consecutive meetings and voted upon at the second meeting.
Members are expected to contribute to the activities of the club.
